swann has gazetted a reform of the tax system. great. seems like a good idea. however, history says our wonderful labor governments say this as a way of gouging more out of us, so get ready. oh, dont forget the carbon trading taxes that are coming and will squeeze average australians out of even more of their hard earned cash, not to mention julia dullard's cutbacks to certain work awards

Ironically, McKackie, your beloved Libs have recently been crapping on about "cost-benefits analyses"...

What a shame that they didn't conduct them during their long polarising reign, eh!?

More upon more taxes can be expected.
We middle incomes can expect to be squeezed more and YET AGAIN we will all pay the penalty for the debt racked up by a Labor Government.

We have some tough times ahead, rising unemployment and rising tax bills.

Buzz you are the most biased person on here, despite your denials, you have no place to comment on bias.

You've previously commented that the rich pay no tax - so why are you not actively lobbying for closing the loopholes enjoyed by those elites!?
