This is not a conspiracy theory. This is not our personal opinion. This is all FACT, and can be found written in black and white in the law books of Australia and in the continually-being reprinted Constitution of Queensland.
The Commonwealth has been watching this for the last 9 years. Our federal government has known what is going on and has condoned it by their silence. They have been watching Beattie and seeing if the Australia people will wake up to it. Mr Rudd said on television yesterday that he ‘was going to fix the Federation†if elected!!
This is shocking information, absolutely inconceivable to most of you. Those amongst us who have been working on this information, especially those who work within the legal profession, have been shocked and angry at the blatant removal of peoples’ rights without one politician seeming to stand up and warn the people. What are you talking about? I don't understand. A corporation exists by virtue of specific legislation.
For example:-
Corporations Act - for companies
Associations Act - for incorporated associations
Local Government Act - for councils
How can governments be corporations? They can't! Government do create government statutory agencies under specific legislation, but that's a completely different issue.
Please explain! |

Look... it is a load of c r a p.
The ultimate test, here in Australia, as to whether Governments in Australia are corporations is the answers you will receive from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Australian Taxation Office, The Attorney-Generals of Australia and the Auditor-Generals of Australia.
The governments of Australia are simply political institutions set up in accordance with the Westminster system.
A corporation is a corporation if it is set up, administered and held accountable similar to conventional corporations. But governments are not corporations. They're governments.
Which corporations, for example, enjoy "parliamentary privilege"?
Which corporations, for example, allow those charged with the stewardship of their entities to break strict corporate governance rules like we see politicians doing?
Which corporations, for example, have board members that have immunity in relation to adverse effects from their decisions, as we see with politicians?
Trust me... in Australia, even if governments held themselves out to be corporations, they wouldn't be able to function for fear of being sued left right and centre. That's why governments are set up like they are... that's why politicians have freedom to lie, mislead and deceive for political reasons. That is the nature of politics... the art of lies and deceipt. Cannot happen in a corporation! |

Govt's are supposed to be democratic too new horizens....what should we do with Iemma selling elec. utilities against the wishes of his own party and the people ? Anything goes with politicians these days...everybody knows that
I'm having trouble with links playful...will have to type them in and see how that goes |

Yeah this is only about Govts getting to bed with corporations...not good for free simple title of land ownership..seems to be out the window
Local govts grabbing peoples property to sell to developers who in turn sell it for profit doesn't look good...anyone know if there is a humanitarian element in this ?
Magahbe might have started a worldwide trend !!! |
