Denver detectives said Wednesday that they don't have sufficient evidence to pursue charges against a woman accused of removing a medical device that administered anti-pain medication to an Iraq War veteran.
Linda Coulimore was taken into custody last month in Weld County after detectives obtained a warrant seeking her arrest on suspicion of assault on an at-risk adult. Coulimore, 59, bonded out of jail, and detectives did not present a case to the district attorney.
Detectives thought they were able to identify Coulimore as the woman seen on surveillance photographs walking in the hallways of Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center on Jan. 28. Detectives think the bespectacled woman in the photographs entered the room of the patient and removed his pain pump.

odd doesn't have to mean funny
I think it is quite odd/bizarre that with the evidence they had it wasn't enough to charge the woman so maybe it does belong in oddly enough |
