Maid in HK court after sex with boss's teenage son
HONG KONG (Reuters) - A 45-year-old Indonesian maid admitted having sex with her Hong Kong employer's 14-year-old son after watching Internet porn together, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.
A court heard how the maid, a divorcee and mother of two, had sex with the boy in a relationship that lasted five months, the South China Morning Post reported.
The boy tried to end the affair, but she refused, the paper reported. The teenager eventually confessed to the relationship to the leader of a Christian group he belonged to and the maid was arrested. ADVERTISEMENT
The maid, Suwartin, had worked with the boy's extended family for 11 years and pleaded guilty to five charges of committing an indecent act with an under-age partner, the Post reported.
She later apologised and said she "would live with the shame of what she had done for the rest of her life", the paper reported.
"She had acted out of loneliness," the paper quoted the maid's lawyer as saying.
She will be sentenced in two weeks' time.
Maids from the Philippines, Indonesia and Sri Lanka are often the subject of court cases in richer neighbours such as Hong Kong and Singapore, but usually as victims of abuse rather than offenders.

OH BULL SH!T !!!!
I'm a 35 yr old girl and there is no way I'd even THINK about getting sexually involved with a 13 yr old boy. I'd rather go kill myself than to perpetrate this crime thanks very much.
Even if the boy in question thought it was ok, the fact remains that he isn't in a position to know what the hell he is even doing! He is just a child and is recognised as such by society and the law! The law recognises his emotional niavety and vulnerability and thus offers protection against this sort of bull sh!t.
Even if I were to be placed in a situation where the boy was trying to hit on me, again I'd be telling him where to go ---> go see a shrink asap !!! |

These are two quite separate issues you have here
To put it bluntly, the 'abused' 13 year old male needs to co-operate with a 'hard-on'
And yes, by responding the older female (or male) is breaking the law
This does not mean the minor is nessesarily 'abused' as noted from the male perspectives on this thread
It is one of very few aspects I believe the male and female of the species think quite differently

A 35-YEAR-old woman who had sex with a 15-year-old boy has been sentenced to a minimum of a year in prison.
Bianca Aleida Smulders, of Melbourne, wept in the dock as she was sentenced in the Victorian County Court today.
Smulders had pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual penetration of a child under the age of 16, and was also charged with breaching an intervention order.
The court was told the parents of the victim, who cannot be named, became suspicious after Smulders bought gifts including cigarettes, CDs, a mobile phone and an iPod for their son.
The pair had sex in the back of Smulders' car and a caravan at her home about 18 times between July and October last year.
