| Two sons of a multi millionaire who made his fortunes from MILK..YEH RIGHT.......... are to stand trial for murder, attempted murder and numourous other charges.What are posters thoughts? will they get a lighter sentence because they have the money for high profile lawyers. i myself believe they will.Lets hear the opions of others |

| A lot depends on the circumstances but its hard to see too harsh a sentence if the law judges them guilty. People are being killed on the streets and the plea is "I did not Know it could happen" and the snivel libertarians who control the law let them walk.The politicians put up their hands and say too hard. Justice and the law are poles apart.There are no consequences for law breakers. |

| Give me a break! The jury will be the one's to decide if they are convicted or not. The better the lawyer just means the better the argument. Everyone knows that you get what you pay for. You take legal aid, you get the book thrown at you. You pay for peanuts, you get monkeys. Don't judge the family because they can afford to pay for the best legal representation. Wouldn't you if you could afford it? |

| fairytisya you are a half wit! For starters there are two guys on trial not one and they certainly won't walk free. I am a police officer and help control those laws so if you are referring to me being a parasite you had better be able to either hold your own or run very fast. do u know anything about 3 guys getting locked up on the coast due to armed robbery on the gold coast 2 weeks ago???
i know u might not be able to say anything, but its because i know the 3 that got arrested and there has been nothing in the news or the local rag.

| ripkevin4eva, yes I do know about that arrest. I only know one of the guys as he has been involved in a spate of break and enters and then finally got busted. Sorry if he is one of your friends but he was long overdue from getting caught. Of course I can't say his name though, I'm sure you understand. |

stealth666, ohh ok. yea all 3 of them were friends of mine. i just cannot beleive they would do such a think for something so little. i heard that one of them only manage to grab a pack of smokes or something. i know ur not allowed to say much, but i would appriciate if u could tell me what they did exactly and what is the max time they could be getting? i think the guy your talking about his name starts with the letter 'N'???

| If the Qc slips the judge a brown paper bag on behalf of his client, justice has been done , is that what you are on about, when you are talking about being able to afford if you can? If so police woman, you would never be able to afford justice.I hope you never need to rely on the legal system. |

Im still at work tryin to use up some time before i go home at 4pm, and there better not be any accidents on the M1 and the Gateway otherwise that will just make my trip home a living hell. accelerate, brake, accelerate, brake.

| If u can afford the best lawyers you use the best lawyers they only high paid cause they good at there job and them being good means u gona get a lighter sentence than u would using a legal aid lawyer a lot of people twist stealths words |

They dont even have the power to enforce the laws. That is the role of the courts. Far too many of your buddies on the force labour under the misconception that "They are the law" |

Firstly stealth666 is in all likely hood not a cop and just talking rubbish. If "she" was a cop she would know not to post on a public forum where every post is logged and not hard to track down the poster, about a open case which is before an court.
Second we do not operate under laws! We are operating under acts and statues, next time a peace officer starts harassing you ask them what jurisdiction they are operating under? and tell them to explain what a act is.
Open the blacks law dictionary and you will see an act and law are very different things. A human can only be governed if they give consent to "act" as surety for the accused!
Funny the slogan for police is "to protect and serve.....the public" well you open up a blacks law dictionary and you will find the word "public" is defined as the government. So police are there to protect and serve the government.......from YOU nothing to do with protecting you!
All courts/police in Australia operate under maritime admiralty laws or the laws of banking. It is just a business to raise re-venue got zero to do with justice.
THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT ITSELF IS A FOREIGN INCORPORATION with company filling papers in England and registered under British rule! |

Police are there to enforce the law and have that power whether you like it or not. I would like to put money on that you are a two bit lawyer or studying to be so. I will continue to post my opinion on whatever subject I choose as nobody tells me when I can and can't speak regardless of who you think you are! |
