We just won't talk about the case-maybe we shouldn't mention any names at all.
Maybe we should talk about our feelings towards the legal system in AUSTRALIA/QLD or what is our plans for the week end or the comings days |

| I reckon dear kev that This board thing that you and all have been using to help with your unbearable grief may no longer be of any use, as it seems to me that it has been overtaken by those who are fighting the impossible cause of defending the criminals who have harmed your loved ones, and they are using any information that they can get from this board to help there case.Ill be in for a big foul mouth spray now eh . |

THE property portfolio of Gold Coast millionaire couple Ken Lacey and wife Madeleine is up for sale.
While it is not known how many properties the couple own, three of their properties on the Gold Coast have been on the market since the beginning of the year.
The most recent offered is their Mermaid Beach apartment, which they bought in February for $9.75 million.
The Laceys' lavish five-bedroom beachfront apartment in Albatross Avenue is up for auction and is listed with Ray White Broadbeach agent Michael Kollosche.
Just last month, Mr Kollosche sold the couple's Hedges Avenue mansion to former AFL footballer Rod Galt for $17 million.
The couple paid $5.9 million for their mansion in January, 2003, and renovated it before putting it on the market.
Mr Kollosche also listed the couple's penthouse at the luxury Aria apartment block in Broadbeach earlier this year.
The penthouse was bought in October, 2006, for $3.2 million and is listed for $5.8 million.
The 26th floor apartment includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a lift, two car spaces and a swimming pool. |

The newly-listed property in Albatross Avenue comes as the couple's sons, Jade and Dionne Lacey, await trial on the charge of murder.
The brothers are also facing a separate charge of attempted murder but are yet to be committed.
Legal sources have suggested it could be costing the Lacey family well over $100,000 a week in legal fees.
The couple have been told by their legal team, headed by prominent Gold Coast lawyer Chris Nyst, not to speak to the media while their sons' case is before the courts.
However, in a failed bail application to the Supreme Court in November last year, Mrs Lacey told the Brisbane court she and her husband were property developers and were willing to offer sureties in the form of two units owned by the family company, one for each of their sons. Mrs Lacey said she and her husband recently bought a property at Belongil beach in NSW and it could be made available to her sons.
how come no one mentioned anything about this???
i wonder why he is selling his properties? going broke? |

TWO sons of a millionaire have been committed to trial over allegations they forced a man to dig his own grave and then held a gun to his head.
In Southport Magistrates Court on the Gold Coast today, Jade Michael Lacey, 24, and Dionne Matthew Lacey, 20 - the sons of millionaire milk magnate Ken Lacey - were committed to stand trial on a string of charges, including attempted murder and torture.
A former associate of the pair, Owen Matthews, 20, had earlier told the court he was forced to dig his own grave after being taken to an isolated spot on South Stradbroke Island, off the Gold Coast in April last year.
Mr Matthews told the court he was told to kneel beside the grave before one of the brothers held a gun to his head, pulling the trigger three times.
When no bullets were fired, Mr Matthews said he was shot in the hand before being imprisoned in the brothers' laundry for several days.
Police alleged the brothers blamed the man for the loss of 500 ecstasy pills in a drug deal gone wrong.
Magistrate Brian Kilmartin today ruled there was sufficient evidence to convict the pair on attempted murder.
The brothers were remanded in custody to stand trial in Brisbane's Supreme Court at a date to be fixed. |
