Hi Liz
My husband bought me a brand new Yamaha Virago 250...it's black and looks cool...and I am scared to death of it.
Apparently it's not too powerfeul/dangerous but it LOOKS powerful/dangerous to me...(what would I know about these things ... I have only ever driven cars)
It has been sitting in the garage for the past few weeks (was accidently delivered a tad too early)....and that is apparently my birthday present for today.
He has his motor bike licence...I do not.
So first things first...I'm getting life insurance tomorrow BEFORE I get on it.

| Might go for a Harley "deuce" "tractor" soon, just to cruise. If I go for a jap bike or Euro bike, I will do my ticket for sure! Harley's are cool fun, good cruising machine and sound pretty damn good too. NOTHING sounds like a hog! And theyre sooo much easier to work on than a lot of others. |

| My first bike was a 1929 AJS 1000cc V Twin sidevalve in perfect order with hand gear change and running boards for the feet , it could do 65mph flatout, seat springs and girder front forks I thought I was the ducks` nuts , sure beats religion as a subject |

| I actually won a prize for religion at school .I would prop the answers up on the back of the person in front and read the answers to the questions so as not to get the cane . so I suppose religion teaches people to lie and cheat and receive awards under false pretences |

| I had a Matchless 500 single , a Norton Domimator 88 the first of the Featherbed frames,Trumph650 speed twin and various Hondas ,I don`t talk much about them to my family as I hope they never have a motor bike because it`s to dangerous on the roads these days |

| Atreadyamazed..what a good bike to start out on..I had a ducati 860 for about 10 years and loved it..still got the tattoo for my old bike..have a few dirt bikes now and get a new Harley in October..was hoping to get it earlier but wont be paid in time..i get one pay a year and its going on my Flx..harley..and flowers for my wife so i dont get punched too hard..I have always had bikes and woulkd be lost without one..the winter here sux as i cant ride ..Too much snow..keep ya knees in the breeze..Mark |
