at first when I read that the Liberal gov't were planning to downsize the vehicle licensing centres and sell of driving tests to private operators, I was shocked but then I thought why was I surprised??
given we've what we've seen of some driving schools and their instructors, the fact they may also decide who gets to be put on the road...OMG can you imagine how it'll be abused and what a racket it'll become?? |

as awful as the Labor gov't were they wouldn't have taken things to this extreme...
I also doubt Barnett and the Liberals give a stuff about this state as they know we didn't really want them in charge and they're just taking the opportunity to feather their own nests and then jump..
WA is heading for carnage... |

the whole point of an independent examiner is to objectively look at your driving skills... that is not going to happen with an instructor you've been with and gotten to know through the year...
if this does go through we will see a spike in road accidents and fatalities... |
