Yes at last the ALP's strangle hold on the SW corridor is broken. McGitty replaced by a Green and now the Mayor too.
Let's hope Willagee does something similar and that others like Coc_burn and Kwinana (which is now marginal) do the same next time the state goes to vote.
For those that live in the corridor from Fremantle to Mandurah as far east as the Freeway just remember the big difference between Liberals and Labor when it comes to safe seats (I don't support the Libs much) - the Libs never, ever, poo on their safe seats, Labor regularly does. |
