Hello Jeffrey I think I remember you as a skinny little ratbag of a kid, very sun browned and cheeky but I remember your sister Lisa more, she was a good little swimmer in those days, also your Ma and Da so please pass on my best wishes to them if they are still speaking to you......
Cheers, Sue Lennard

Hi Jeff, I was in Goldsworthy from 1969 to 73 and played football with your father. I have a picture of the Tigers 1972? with him in it if you want a copy. How is Piffa going?

Chis. Just got note from John Gray re-G`wthy/S`gap & pleased to see names I haven`t seen for some time. I see Jock regularly in Newfoundland & catch up with Patto when I get over each year. Trust all`s well with you.

Swampy, Really good to see your name and John Gray's name appear,we moved back to Tas in 1975 and John has his own business (as he thought no one would employ him after being at Goldsworthy) I am still working (parttime) & John only works 3 mornings as he spends the rest of the time at our retirement house @ Greens Beach, loves the golf & is president of the golf club which keeps him busy. you will notice that we have put our email address in to Chis's reply, we never knew about the reunions until our son saw a tv ad in Broome last year for the final running of the black rock stakes, he rang and it bought back heaps of memories, (he is in and out of Broome) as he lives in Darwin and works for Coast Survelliance. Never been to reunions but hopefully maybe the one after this year.

To those of you asking about the reunion, I spent a couple of days with Judy in sunny South Wales (the old one - not the new one!) at the beginning of September, she was planning a couple more stops in the Uk before going on to New York, but at the time we spoke she was very much looking forward to the reunion, and did not mention that there was any chance that it would be cancelled!

great to hear guys-not being a Goldsworthyite but loved the tranquil little place and being a Northwester for 13 years-its a lovely thread to just read.
Take care all.

Hi Rose and Harry, you won't remember me, but I remember Harry with the partially long hair and long side burns and trademark khaki. Mitch the low loader, ripper boot, and all (A Shift). I ended up in Brisbane where they told me Shay Gap was no more, now back in NZ. Hide-yosh
