Dear Colin,
The manufacturer and other teams have split from F1 and may take other possible entrants such as ProDrive with them.
Never has there been a better time to secure a future for WA in motor sport. Jump the gun and tell them now we would love to host a race before the Gold Coast or worse Adelaide do.

WOuldn't it be great!!!
I fear it's got no chance of happening with our guv'ment though. they'd find some excuse...no money, no land, not what the people want etc etc.... |

A street circuit around Perth in a similar vein to the Adelaide one would be fantastic. Freo does not lend itself to this.
It would put an end to that dinkbox at Wanneroo and get the V8's racing on something of a decent size too.
If I were the mayor of Perth, Freo, Rocko, Mandy and others I'd be jumping at it NOW. |
