| While I didn't give a **** about the survey as a whole, I was interested in how Melbourne went (if only out of curiosity). Melbourne is an awesome city. |

Melbourne ranked the highest of any Australian city. (ABC News: Lloyd Young)
Map: Melbourne 3000
Australian cities hold three of the top 10 spots in the Economist Intelligence Unit's liveability poll, which ranks cities on five factors: health-care, stability, culture and environment, education and infrastructure.
Melbourne ranked the highest of any Australian city, coming third in the poll recognising 140 cities.
Perth was equal fifth with Calgary in Canada, Sydney shared ninth place with Zurich in Switzerland, Adelaide in 11th place and Brisbane 16th on the list.

Yeah, I read that waterbank.
I really do dig Melbourne. Surely it wouldn't hurt to take a bit of inspiration from that city... |

| in my experience those with very little attempt to give the impression that they are important people, but those who have a lot don`t try to impress people, because they do not have to. |

Would rather take her out to Laverton,
paint her black,
and call the Mental health unit to bring her in to graylands via contractors. |

Oh dear, do I detect a sense of jealousy from the poorly educated and travelled west australians.
It is probably just the little man syndrome or perhaps simply a lack of sense of worth by being unemployable.
It is pity such people exist to hold back what should be a much nicer place to live |

Oh dear, do I detect a sense of jealousy
of anything that you prefer ??????.....most unlikely, your narrow perspective of the world out of sydney/mel is pathetic to say the least, and your attempted portrayal of being somebody who`s opinion should be noted is not very impressive either. |

funny thing is we have the only liberal/national governing party in all of australia.
the next highest is the mayor of brisbane. |

If Melb is more livable than WA why are there so many Victorians living here? At least we can have a coffee in Perth without getting our head blown off.
Excuse me while I go and put the dinosaur out, his sh!t stinks out the cave. |
