i hve a seriouse cold.. I have not been to the doctor and im buggered of going to see him again. Only 3 days ago i went to see him due to burning hot pain sessasions on my chest that almost gagg me to death. He recommended me some medications call somac so on.
So i have to take that each night for 1 month and see how it goes.. He said that you would notice that you cant burb or gassy at times or do alot and just it glocks up the tube thing between the neck the spine thing.
But 3 days later i was getting sick.. NOW day 4 and im sick and have a high fever or i dont no what it is but im not going to see the doctor again after 4 days ago i met him. Aniways i try believe it is not a pigflu thing and i try believe it is nothing more then a normal typical fever and after all the weekend happens and there im still stick.
Aniways as i was saying that this morning i felt terrible horrible just like yesturday and my head trys to burst. now it feels like it wants to burn in more like explode in that manner of speak.. thats how it is... so its a cold but also a some what fever thing.
When i woke up i was much terrible then ever before.. not until i had a drink off milk with milo and then my throat felt slightly better but still crook and the head thing was and still is painfull. Also my eyes looks droawsy for the last 3 or so days.. one sleepy eye while the ather isnt. And yes i have runing eyes and they little red.....
I have no upsolutely idea how on earth did i got this cold. I am allways mainly isolated indoors and fear about tghe epidemic pigflu you sure dont want to step outside where humans are...
I recall my dog before i got sick was snissing and notice the dog does that and i think the dog pass the cold to me or someone snissing around or leaving germs. It gets me so angry with this syndrom.... it is horrible.. painfull and makes me angry and confusing.
Ill be ok. i just took 2 panadoles yestuday night and now another 2 lots... im not takin |

not taking any medicines apart from somac and the ather thing while same time i rub twce VICS cream on my chest.. neck and alittle on the nose so i can breath.
VICS works i allways use vics.. Aniways i just hope its nothing more then a normal fever and yes i hope its not a seriouse one.. because if its pigflu syndrom then i would be collapsing on the floor right ? by the way when i say about the walking stick its because i have a crook leg hip thing but wont go into that at the moment.
Aniways drinking hot green peperment tea with sugar alot everynights is healthy ? |

ust a quick update... i havnt sleep much at all.. i was twiting side by side on the bed.. i feel very sick.. my left side of the ehad hurts alot while the atherside of the ehad dosnt.. strange that... i havnt cough but totaly flu syndrom.. i have not seen the doctor because im trying to believe it is not a pigflu syndrom thing.
I feel terrible horrible.. my eye is droawy and runing eyes... nose and dry thought. I just took another 2 panadoles
Im not taking any medications to treat myself. i try to make it believe this is nothing more then a normal flu thing..... oh though i do feel cold my fored head side is cold and my head hurts alot... very annoying. almost like if i want to vomit but no same time.
Been in this situation it gets me so angry./... i even have to spray the room with VICS every 1 hour. |

but you know what i do see......and thats people not washing their hands after going to the toilet... Good way of spreading germs....even in the hospitals.
Children are bad for this, i constantly have to remind my own grandchildren to wash their hands......cause their mother doesn't? So it seems |

A computer mouse and keyboard hold more diff types of viral and bacterial matter then the inside of an uncleaned toilet.
Public telphones, door handles, taps, Shopping trolly handles etc.. ALL covered in the most unbelievable filth.
Given you wouldnt give a 15 month old baby a piece of human poo to chew on.. WHY do folks let their babies chew and gnaw on shopping trolley handles? |

| Just found out after a meeting at work (Health Care Dept.) that the reason that VIC has so many cases of swine flu is that the testing here is much better than elsewhere in Australia. It seems that VIC testing is much more advanced that the other tests being used in other states. Its not that we really have more cases, just that they have been found out by better tests. So there! Now we know. |

Yeah its not the first time I have heard that.
Apparently theres a WHO acredited lab here in Melb and that was why it took so long for official confirmation of the first NZ cases as they were sent to VIC for testing.
Thing is.. while we may have better testing facilities, I have seen first hand the blatant ignoring of quarantine procedures at the Drs Surgery here in town.
They are meant to follow set protocols in regards to anyone suspected of having swine flu, and sure as hell dont.
Meh.. Drs offices are full of sick folk anyhoo..lol Go in for a sore back, come out with something much worse. |

All the masks are gone because of the over reaction of so many people. It's just a flu bug like the thousands of other flu bugs out there.
The warnings are more for the countries with poorer health and health care system than Australia. |

The N95 is a single usage Mask. It is designed mainly for ther prevention of the spread of bacteria and viral matter.
It does provide some protection, when comming into contact with infected people, but it isnt anywhere near 100% safe as a barrier.
Dont forget the ear canals are also a point of entry for bateria.
There are heaps of sites to buy the N95 masks online. |

Wasn't really making fun of it but neither do I find it scary. Basic precautions such as washing your hands properly is a good start.
I'm not concerned about getting the flu at all. There has been a miniscule number of cases reported compared with the size of our population. The odds of getting it are really really small.
