I found the Cradle Mountain walk desolate & forbidding.
By comparison, the Hinchinbrook Island walk was full of colour & life; birds, butterflies, lizards, insects, flowers, huge variety of vegetation...
Higher latitudes = lower species diversity = boring.
And your point is ??? |

| still can not find a NICE rental home even in the city areas realestates down here work like hitler, it is mad the way you have to go through to get a rental, just brought land at sheffield west kentish and going to build but finding a place to rent until the house is built is hard 90% are dumps so now we are looking at $300+ a week to see if they are a nicer houses to rent. |

Casino- have you tried the private rentals like I suggested?
I am sorry for you that you are having so much difficulty in finding a rental. Like I said I found it easy with private rentals. Like you I to am buying soon & am renting at the moment & I have already rented 2 different places the first one I got through noagentpropertyrentals.co m.au (which is back up for rent again on there now) & the one Im at now I got through an ad I placed in the shop window. I know its a frustrating process but you will get somewhere & I know how strict & picky the real estate agents can be thats why I didnt bother with them for rentals. |

um my first time here it seems you southernXXXXXX is a bit of a how do say it a 3 toed w a n k e r with a speach inpedimint, it like he says the same thing all the time!
Is he an X pat Tasmanian with a chip on his shoulder...i am hoping that couldnt be true! and why is he so obsessed with Sous Australia..I went there once and I couldnt wait to come home! the people there are weird and odd! they talk funny and say shit and phuk all the time..I went to the wineries there and some of its nice surrounded by dead grass and trees and the people there were odd too.........
I went to Glenelg and nearly stepped on a seringe on the beach there! the Police everywhere and when i asked the locals why so many police they shuffled off and ignored me!
The news was obsessed about bikies and there none on the streets????????
SA is ODD!!!!
Tasmania my home is green, friendly,and pure and people are so easy to understand and we dont have two heads we have one smart one and we talk normal!
Our food,Air and water is the freshest in the country!
thats why mainlanders want to live here!
the countryside is heaps better than SA any day it has contrasts, not just yellow and brown landscape!!!
I love Tasmania!
So southern xxxxxx if you come down her we will show you what normal people do and live like cuteXXXX |

What you have to look for when purchasing is a place that has a large area for growing some vegs, a small orchard, permanent supply of groundwater and close to essential services, like this one:-
