have visited Sydney numerous times over my 47 years, lived in Melbourne for 18 months (NEVER again) and played traveller around Perth and most of Tasmania, and still call Adelaide home.... has never done me anything wrong, and yes, the heat can be oppressive, but haven't turned to drugs to beat it... sounds to me like all the sour grapes are coming from ppl who have gotten a raw deal for some reason or other, and are trying to make themselves feel better by dumping on SA inhabitants from great heights .... so be it - but EVERY state and capital city has its high points and very low points - I guess that means you just haven't found the grotty low points yet, wherever you are currently living....

How right you are, crazy. Especially the bit about raw deals. We all get them in life, I find it totally ridiculous to beat on a city and state because you got a raw deal. This applies to Matmo the most. Never seen such a whiner in all my life. Moved to Tasmania, and it still comes into the SA Thread whining and bleating.

You have to wonder.
