Its not so much a Police state as a Police traffic infringement catchment area ! Lets face it the police are out in force to gain revenue from the motorists rather than worry about real crime !
same in every state ..... governments don't have any choice because the combined treasuries of every state in the country wouldn't yield sufficient cash to purchase a daily newspaper |
