and you harp on about the length of the "witing liast"
thats coz there are thousands of people who put their name of the list because they think they "deserve to"..
I know of people that get their kids to sign up on the list at 16... are they really in need of "cheap hosuing"? no they arent.. its "expected" and it becomes a lifestyle.. |

Ive seen it from both sides & working with victims of abuse, drugs, alchohol & people on the poverty line.
The HT is very helpful in many needing cases like with the support agency I was working with in SA (no Southern Im not going to tell you where & what it was!) & when I was in need in the past the HT helped me with bonds for properties. The sterotype cast onto people in government housing contributes to the way they live & their health & well being!
At the end of the day we are all human regardless of financial status.
Yes the trashing of houses is an unfortunate deal but most of it is caused by people with mental health issues & drugs, violence, abuse etc..... |

| I am a housing tenant and well i expect the gov to look after me, i have been one now for 10years, i gamble so what i smoke so what? its my pergotive wait your turn stop whining. Btw we dont get a choice in where we live, often we maybe have dichhead neighbours,!! you what you pay for 50.00 a week, still not complaining in the suburb of norwood WooP!!!!! stop waiting and get on with your live 16yrs is a big joke a mondeeeeeeeee |

| telling me my Neighbor drives a beamer,has flashy furniture plasma Tvs they sleep in all day, and has half of her family living with her. Think there is a nice income coming in of about 4k a week at least, oh well what do you do? I keep to myself and well i dont complain like badboy says 50 a week is cheap as chips , and you do get a bit spoilt with this life lease. |
