| well i wasnt impressed with the news on craigmore highschool yesterday (16th)from the seven news . I think it was a bit over the top. they said there was gang violence happening yesterday from freemont high and kids from smithfield. but none of the kids from those schools ended up going to crigmore high. but however there was a few fights at the school monday or tuesday, which was quickly dealt with and even yesterday with the threat of violence the school handled it really well taking precations by getting the police to do patrols around the school. so none of the students where in danger at all from my opinion. i also didnt appreciate being filmed while i was talking to a teacher yesterday as i was there to pick my daughter up early as she is allowed to come home early on fridays. also they filmed my daughter and a few of her friends earlier that day ok so they blanked there faces out but thats not the point i did not give my permision for the news crew to film her or myself. I think it makes things worse when the media gets involved because now everyone would be thinking of craigmore highschool as a bad school which in fact its not. I have never had a problem with the school, and in the past the school has gotten a bad wrap. My kids will be continuing going to the school and i dont intend of taking them out. |

| Bugger. I didn't see this news report, but was thinking of sending my kids to Craigmore for secondary. Maybe I won't now. |

I dont know where you think you know this family from mate but they sure arent feral have known them for 15 odd years. Hey we all know our kids arent all innocent but he was an innocent bystander on the day this thing happened.
At least she had the guts to speak out about the problems facing a lot of schools these days. Its not just only happening at Craigmore but other schools are facing similar problems too. So mate i think you better get your facts right before opening your big FERAL mouth. |

| to say you wont send your kids to craigmore high is stupid, all schools have problems like this from time to time. so are you going to home school your kids and keep them wrapped up in cotton wool for the rest of their lives. |

| in regards to whether or not to send you kids to Craigmore pls dont let it deter you. Craigmore has been good to my kids. You have to realise it doesnt matter where you send them all schools have there problems at somestage. |
