| You guys have been under a huge rock! They are the two brothers of a Gold Coast Millionaire who have to stand trial on Murder charges re: Kevin Palmer who was shot and killed in a Nerang Unit in May last year. They are 25 and 21. |

TWO sons of a millionaire have been committed to trial over allegations they forced a man to dig his own grave and then held a gun to his head.
In Southport Magistrates Court on the Gold Coast today, Jade Michael Lacey, 24, and Dionne Matthew Lacey, 20 - the sons of millionaire milk magnate Ken Lacey - were committed to stand trial on a string of charges, including attempted murder and torture.
A former associate of the pair, Owen Matthews, 20, had earlier told the court he was forced to dig his own grave after being taken to an isolated spot on South Stradbroke Island,off the Gold Coast in April last year.
Mr Matthews told the court he was told to kneel beside the grave before one of the brothers held a gun to his head, pulling the trigger three times.
When no bullets were fired, Mr Matthews said he was shot in the hand before being imprisoned in the brothers' laundry for several days.
Police alleged the brothers blamed the man for the loss of 500 ecstasy pills in a drug deal gone wrong.
Magistrate Brian Kilmartin today ruled there was sufficient evidence to convict the pair on attempted murder.
The brothers were remanded in custody to stand trial in Brisbane's Supreme Court at a date to be fixed. |

| They're guilty send the little fools away. The world would be a better place if they ran into a Chopper Read in jail. Jade and Dion are popcorn gangsters and wannabe tough guys. Toecutters should BBQ Ken Laceys feet for a quick dollar and see how his cowardly offspring react when some real violence is dished out to their family. They are cowards of the highest order who lack the intelligence to be crime lords but have the money to access drugs and guns to bully younger and smaller wannabes. Lock them up, throw away the key and leave them with fify years doing the shower shuffle in Queenslands hardest institutions. They wouldn't last a day. |

| Killing someone is not the answer mate. that comment almost lower's you down to there standard's.. Regardless of what someone does death is not the answer. But I still believe that we all make mistakes in life and hopefully the two boy's will be hurting for what they have done and wishing they could go back in time and not do the stupid stuff they did and I hope they do feel like that till they get out and hopefully oneday they can change there lives around apoligise to there victims and live like normal people |

| You know Ben I agree with you in one respect but I can tell you that serial killers, cold blooded pre-meditated murder and child molesters should all be needled. Sorry but in certain cases, I'm a big fan of capital punishment. |

Yeh its really a debatle thing capital punishment but if anyone who pre meditates murder, cold blooded killers,serial child molesters,serial rapist,serial killers all deserve needle and im sure we could all think of a few more .
if someone was to hurt any of my family I would be to happy to end their life not so peacfully |
