Why be so condescending, lukey 088 - you wouldn't have the slightest knowledge of what experience a person has. Lose the attitude, it helps!

________

im trying to be truthful, i told him the circumstances.

i cant please you guys, just like an average police officer can't please everyone, because people has misconceptions of what all police are like from bad experiences.

for as many bad experiences there are, i guarantee there a 100x good ones.

FYI..

you cant tell me age is the most prominent factor in ones argument.

theres a small minority of people i have met that aren't as wise as a 6 year old kid.

You've outed yourself as a massive hypocrite ... I find that funny.

Hey at least you made me laugh - long time since I laughed at a cop.

..and you'd be better off taking the scales off your eyes and looking at real situations and learning from them. That is what would make a good police officer; not someone who poohpoohs real peoples' real experiences. Look at what your fellow officers have done and fix it - don't close your eyes.

'not someone who poohpoohs real peoples' real experiences'

it may appear emu feels as though i did his, which is fine i guess, you can look back and i simply gave him advice not to give a police officer a lecture in front of the public. because its not something an officer takes lying down.

i did not 'poopoo' Marys either, i simply asked the question of the circumstance, which is my investigating the matter further.

i had not said anything after that, but to defend myself when i was accused of been a crim by emu.

'because its not something an officer takes lying down.'

i better explain this... if there is a complaint it should be done formally and professionally.

a police officer would not like been spoken down to, they would of given a 'move on' direction, and if this was not adhered to, the offender would of been arrested and charged.

Rubbish. You said that I should expect to be assaulted for daring to say anything to him - in front of my kids no less - then you proceeded to call me a liar et all and told me to read some report you googled or - in your charming (police learnt) vernacular - fvk off.

You've openly admitted to driving unlicensed over a long period of time. You're a lawbreaker. Call it criminal - call it whatever you want. So be it - we all stray occasionally. Most of us don't get on the internet like you do and act like preachy whining hypcorites though.

Re:Your experience with Queensland Polic ... Reply to this message
I have had many problems with police.
I was attacked by a girl on my way to the train station to go home. All because i said no to her younger brother when he asked me out. I was new at the school as i had just moved houses and school.
The happened as school had finished for the day and kids leaving and parents picking up their kids.
The girl king hit me from behind and then still attacked me when i was on the ground. i couldnt see anything or who it was till i managed to turned over!
No parents put a statement in as witnesses and the one who did said i started it all...
BUT i had many student witnesses whom stated what had really happened...
Yet i got handcuffed, put in the back of the paddy wagon and taken to the police station for questioning..
The girl had a very large criminal history and got away with a community conferance..
Where is the justice in that???

Re:Your experience with Queensland Polic ... Reply to this message
I like to have enough faith in the police in this country that they wouldnt simply tell someone to "move on" and then arrest them if they didnt, simply for making a common sense complaint, as emu's complaint, definately seems to be.

I would LIKE to think that, but of course, I could be wrong. They could all be power hungry tools with no respect for other people unless they happen to be wearing a badge.......

I have absolutely no reason to disbelieve anything that Emu has said, none whatsoever.

I do, however, have first hand knowledge of the police lying. Who do you think I will believe? Who would you believe if you were in the same circumstance? Be honest and put yourself in that situation and then answer.

That is not what you said ... is it.

_______________

heres a few things i said, that weren't inappropriate of defamatory like most others i wrote last night.

'if you are going to confront the officer, do it politely and simply ask them who you should contact regarding your complaint, if they don't give you anything, take the rego number and head to your local police station.'

&

and officer would tell you what i said, which is report it. or if theres no response take the rego number.

anything further you do after been told that, is obstructing police requirements which would have you thrown out the court with a fine and your so called complaint would not getting any more of a look in.
// obstructing police requirements (Move on order)

&

however i still recommend you read the report for QLD.. an i still stand by approaching an officer that you have a problem with to be a mistake.

&

OK seen you've gotten so upset i will explain my original post.

'that attitude towards them is going to get your a$$ kicked in front of your kids'

if you spoke down to them and treated them with disrespect the way you have done to me.. clearly unable to walk away, you would of been arrested, and im sorry its not pretty. your kids would of seen you in the back of a police car.

'if you are going to confront the officer, do it politely and simply ask them who you should contact regarding your complaint, if they don't give you anything, take the rego number and head to your local police station.'

this is the same advice lilacz gave you and you coped that.. and it was for you to avoid embarrassment.

Stop backpedalling.

I took offense at your stupidty then and I still do.

We don't need people like you as police officers and I hope you don't become one until well after you lose your inferiority complex.

Re:Your experience with Queensland Polic ... Reply to this message
Since that was not my only bad expiriance..
I was 18, walking home from the pub with a female friend!
We were set upon by local gang members who wanted our handbags! we didnt let them have them! They were all big islander males whom decided they would try and teach us a lesson. It did not work we stood our ground, Yeah we both got black eyes and briuses but we stood our ground.
My friend reported it to the police because we knew who the males were...
Yet no charges we laid because we had alcahol in our system!
So what would the police have said to us if the males had decided to rape us...
''Oh sorry we cant charge them, you girls have alcahol in your systems''
So much for justice

That is quite possibly one of the biggest crocks of sh1t I've heard ... >>

I could explain further emu, but I don't think that anything that I might say to justify my operational decisions would make any difference to you would it.
