Hope you are all ready for the much leaked bad budget. Do not forget who voted for her and the basic fact we were 75 Billion in debt BEFORE the world economic cricis. Mz Bligh will try and make you all beleive the W.E.C is responsible for all her mismanagement. But she fooled a lot of people last election. We get what we deserve.

So take heed you labour voters and NO WHINGING, because you voted for her.

mopohw, notice how quiet the labour voters go, when they realise they help put Qld in the Sh%t. Not one of them is game enough to come out and back Mz Bligh.

I can't say I really give a bugger about the budget. On a day to day basis in the real world, it's not going to change my life.

It all makes you wonder why southerners (mostly retirees) want to move to the 'Smart State'. We have lost the fuel subsidy, electricity is going up, and do southern pensioners realise they can only have one car per couple with a pensioner concession - that's OK if you live in the city and have access to public transport but regional areas don't. e.g a bus trip to Brisbane from Blackbutt by bus is $80.00 each way. Pensioners also get no concession on licence fees. A trip to a medical specialist - most of whom are in Brisbane- costs a fortune and we still only get 10-15c per km. Would love to know how much the travel allowance is for our politicians.
