Well simon I was a professional surfer in my younger day, you know, I got paid to travel the world and go surfing then when I retired at age 31 I was invited by a friend of mine who's family owned a real estate business to join their sales team as they thought my celebrity status in our area would give me a good start up in the industry.gornat

| Hi Simon, just to clarify this. And you can check. You are correct that the land at KC Est. is not registered with the titles office yet. Most of the land has been sold but all of the contracts have been done up by the owners/developers solicitors - not real estate agents so they are not the standard REIQ contract. The contract is about 50 pages long (approx.) which discloses all of the pending registration. Everything is up front and all buyers are made fully aware of what is happening before they sign. I have access to the contracts if you would like to know any further info. I hope this info is satisfactory to you - but somehow I dont think it will be. As a hard working Real Estate Consultant - I am doing this research and passing on this info FREE of charge to you. As you are probably aware this takes up a lot of Real Estate time - doing research and giving out FREE information to people and not getting paid but only bagged for it. But it has been a pleasure dealing with you. If I can be of any further assistance you know where I am. |

Yes I know I was right, this guy and the real estate agent who has the listings are cousins a pair of bent crooks you will ever come across, I was reading how they have been doing the ATO out of it's money for years, but I am sure it will all catch up with them one day... |

I fail to see how this is the real estates issue and you seem to be critical of everyone but yourself. I have done what you asked & got the information you already seem to have known.
