| Hi Simon, I would need to know what land is being sold that is not registered. The company I work for always does a title search on all listings before we are able to sell it. I can not speak for other agencies & their practices and this is were we come into the good and bad agents. You can not sell land that is not registered. The estates in W'ston currently being sold are Glenrowan & Kelly Country, both of these are registered. As for your experience with agents in Qld & WA, as I have said, I have also had bad experiences in Qld & also in SA. I cant take any comments personally, I can only try and stress my honesty, hard work ethics & committment to my job. I really enjoy my job,& know the hours I put in. I know not everyone does this. But it is not only Real Estate this happens but in every industry & business. I is saddening when people do have personal swipes at my integrity & call me a liar as has happened during these discussions. There is nothing I can do about this & just need to get on with what I do best. Everything I said in previous statements is true 100%. I work for my money. What people dont understand is that the agent does not get the full commission the seller pays. The agency gets most of it and if we worked out an hourly rate we are quite poorly paid. Some sales are easy & go smoothly but some are very difficult, take time & lots of energy. Some dont work out at all & we have put in a lot of hour for no pay at all. I hope this answers your question but if you can give me more info I would be happy to look into it further for you. |

Real Estate Agents are the most over paid, dodgy crew on the face on the Earth. They lie and backbite, use your asset as a dodgy bargaining point, they make used car salesmen look like paragons of virtue.
The worse ther are, the more they beat their own drums, but untill now I`ve never seen one describe themselves as AMAZING - the goose bumps are 100 mm tall, ewwwwwwwwwww. |

| The good ones that get the results are very well paid that's true but there are more strugglers than there are high earners and if you atually knew anything about the industry you would know that already. |

| It is a shame you can not follow an adult conversation. If you look back you will see that I am an amazing woman that can multi task (in reference to your question if I can run a marathon). It had nothing to do with my real estate skills but since you mentioned it. Or the lack of self esteme you believe me to have - especially after knowing me for soooooo long. I am confident in my own skin ... or does this scare or offend such an outspoken prat. I am glad I had such a profound effect on you - enough to give you goose bumps. | Here's an interesting stat, in NSW only 50% of people who start out in real esate sales last past 6 months, 80% are gone by 12 months and after 3 years only 5% are left. Those stats are a few years old now but I suspect that they wouldn't have changed much since then if at all. |

| I reckon you are close to the mark. During slow times such as these there are more dropping out as it is harder to make a living. The good can ride out the slow times. Thanks for the stats. I dont plan on getting off this ride for a long time yet. |
