"And thats the truth of the matter"
Please go to www.dictionary.com
and enquire as to the meaning of the word
"truth"
as opposed to the meaning of the word
"opinion".
Thank you. |

| I've seen countless postings from people who have been subjected to lies, distortions & fabrications made by DOCS staff, many of whom say they would like to institute legal action against DOCS. Some have actually tried but to my knowledge not one has succeeded. The reason I believe is that whilst DOCS are clearly in the wrong in many cases, they are highly experienced in the not so fine art of telling porkies & are extremely well financed, making it virtually impossible for an individual to win a case when playing by their rules. They typically front multiple 'witnesses' who support the DOCS case whilst an individual attempts to get by with only one. Result is invariably that even the most sympathetic magistrate has no option but to rule in favour of DOCS. I believe I've come across a strategy that effectively tilts the playing field in favour of individuals & which will be difficult for DOCS to counter. Strategy does NOT involve lawyers / money / class action. Anyone open minded & serious about striking back can contact by responding appropriately here, via email, or via PM at http://www.ihategovdept.com (My nick there is I'll_be_back) |
