thankyou juicyfruit666, do you live there ? is it really a hole ?
as i stated in another thread my nephew[airconditioning man] is moving there at the end of the month, if you live there what can you reccomend about the place ? |

I did live there about 6 years ago....and no i did not like it, i could only hack 6 months! Alot of men and alot of money in the place, alot of drinking! i worked in the hospital.
Very Hot! It has alot of museums! and is well known for their Rodeos |

| hi kaz its west qld and a hot dry place,,stayed there a few years ago for work,,lots of drunks and the towns not real nice really i guess it has its good points i just didnt see them at all..its just a mining town not much happens there at all,,middle of no where,, |

| I lived there for 3 years and it is what you make of it. Most people go there to make money and get a start in the mining industry. Overall the people aren't bad but like any mining towm it ain't Disneyland so don't expect too much. |
