Can't comment on your remark, but I don't think it should be called Family Court, but maybe the "Court for men's Redemption, while woman to pay all the bills. |

I know of no cases placed in front of this Family Law Court that has ended satisfactory; everyone is made to be a loser especially woman.
I know that I paid a heavy price to get ride of an abuser; and I give thanks every day that I am still alive to complain. Family Law what a tragic joke. |

Most people would not be able to perceive the damage experienced by someone; and the difficulty in getting away from cruel ex partners. I am so very happy I got away with my life; and all the money and assets I lost was worth it.
The only problem is you are also left with this feeling of vulnerability; and that the person that administered this cruelty is still around; so you do not go into Malls to shop; or go out of a night; or see many people; just in case they tell where you are; and when you have to go out you are very much aware of who is around you etc.
I am now trying to leave the country for my safety; Family Law Court is a joke; the Police can not help although from my experience they do try very hard to help; but they don’t know psychopathic behaviour; and how very charming they can be.
Your friend has a long lonely road to travel by believe me she will be happy one day. |

I think that the idea of "No Fault Family Law Court" is a joke; and as I have stated before I have never heard of one positive outcome being achieved in this forum.
And forgive me but PLEASE do not say "what goes around comes around" this is just patronising. |

| my experiences are exactly the opposite, over about 6 years of painful attempts to get a fair go, there were only ever two males present in the entire process- myself and my ex's lawyer (she changed a few times but they were always male). The other ten or so people are all middle aged women with sad-looking faces, no surprises that it was completely about the ex and had nothing to do with the children or myself. |

Sorry I misunderstood your message; and here I thought there was some light in the horizon; and someone had a good outcome.
Family Law is, in my opinion, totally flaud and inert. This idea of No fault platform is a joke. This hase let to the psychopaths winning at every stage of this losers game. They get what they want; and Ffamily law has no teeth to stop them.
It is time that this became a criminal court of law; and fault was recognised, after all the children are the ones suffering in this court. |

the single problem with the Family Law Court is that you are not under oath.
if my ex was she would be spending the next twenty years in prison for perjury, liable for character assassination and deformation. |
