Well, have I ever learned something new.....Canberra is THE capitol of Australia!........and it's boring?
Must be something like our capitol of British Columbia, which is Victoria- while not the biggest city, neither is it very interesting at night.
Also I found out about Oceania.....never heard of it before! |

| The capital of Oceania is the most boring of the lot. It lies somewhere under the pacific ocean and as such it has very strict regulations about having fun, in case someone causes a leak. |

| Actually, some bored people still create fun during winter by blastng their car horn as they drive by people out for a walk at night. So while the boredom persists, locals are still out doing what it takes to remedy the boredom. |
