It is indeed a sad day when an Ex-Judge knowing the nature of victims of this Family Law Court has to walk away; being unable to have her advice heard.
What chance have we victims; when we walk into a court believing that a form of justice will prevail; only to find out at the end of this trauma that we are financially ruined; and this court has no teeth to deal with non compliance of agreements; acts of a criminal nature including Fraud; and Lying to the Court in all matters for personal gain.
This court will hand over access of Children to people of this character without question; since after all this is a No Fault Forum; God help the Little Children our Courts will not... |

Firstly I am wondering why any messages are deleted?? If there are swearing words why not just delete them? Or just delete names if that is a problem.
But mainly I am wondering why the family court exists at all. I mean why are people who choose to no longer live together as a family treated like criminals and subjected to the processes and humiliations of a court often simply because one party (parent) say, refuses to communicate with the other?
A court is not any way to deal with this. The family court should be dismantled, actually abolished, and mediation should pave the way for problems to be sorted. Unless a law is broken, then it should go of course to the criminal or civil courts.
The family court is destroying children and their parents. |

These courts are certainly not helping children - sadly that is the biggest pretense of all.
What you say about financial ruin (and this could be the reason for the family courts existence, long past its use by date), lack of built in remedies for contravention of orders and the discretionary powers given to decision makers able to be based on unsubstantiated claims is mortifying. |

I am a woman and I think mainly men have lost for a very long time in the family court, but I also think the tide has changed and not just a little. There is a balancing act going and women right now are on the losing end of that.
If you think so too send me a message.
Mainly though I think that everyone who is not on the receiving end of money in the court system is losing and a lot more than just money. Their children in particular are suffering unbearable pain as the family courtâs players get richer and "processesâ drag things out for years. |

laureniiemail: I agree with your statements; and it is a real pity that the Family Law Court Exists at all; since it is a destructive system at a time when all parties need to be understood; and a Fault Placed to ensure that proper level headed decisions are made. This No Fault System is a crime in its self. |
