| All people wishing to enter local gov.must pass an exam set up by the federal gov.as massive corruption has been found in many local gov.we the taxpayers and rate payers ar loosing billions of dollars per year on local gov.inability to understand what they are elected for,some looking for a run at state or fed gav.meetings i attend at times are a disaster.THE FEDS MUST SET A MIN.EDUCATION TO NOMINATE. |

No minister to date has needed or provided any level of education to stand for either Councils or State/Federal Governments; so who will determine the Minimal Education Standard. |
