If you thinking of moving to canberra look in gungarlin area ngunnawal,amaroo,nicolls, harrison has a large shopping center close by and only 15min from city
And the houses have a 25 year guarantee only.
Try the older areas, they have
Infustructure; sure to remain standing; have wide roads; and are less likely to experience bush fires. |

| If you want the value of your property to increase substantially and always remain in demand stick to the inner city suburbs, Ainslie, OConnor, Campbell, Reid on the North side and Deakin, Yarralumla, Forrest, Barton on the South side, if you have the money that is, stay with houses they have that beautiful stuff you cant buy another of "LAND" under them, apartments ......your buying airspace, check the prices in 5 years compared to now, see if I'm right.......and I will be !!! |
