Don't just sit there drooling at the band posters on your wall - you can get ‘Up Close’ with your favourite band!
Make a video clip that shows how much you are into one of our upcoming bands and you could find yourself (and your two best mates) flying off to Sydney to watch them perform in an intimate studio setting for a very special episode of 'Coca-Cola Live 'N Local Up Close'. The lineup features some of the hottest bands ever, including Kisschasy, Klaxons, Something With Numbers and Operator Please, with more awesome bands still to come.
Not only will you get to hang with the band in the TV studio, you'll also watch them perform an amazingly exclusive live set and you can pick their brains to find out what you've always wanted to know. This will be an experience that you and your two best friends will never forget…. and how could you when it’s gonna be shown on TV? Yep, your mates will owe you big time!
All you have to do to enter the comp is create a short video showing us just why you're the biggest fan of one of these bands. Don't worry, you don't need to be a budding Spielberg to enter because all the video editing tools you'll need are provided online and they’re totally simple to use. We’ve provided free songs and band photos for you to use in your video, and you can even make a video clip using your own pics from Flickr or Facebook. Too easy!
Your creative entries will be published on the site so you can show your work off to your friends and get them to vote for you, and from there three very special winners (and their two besties!) will be chosen to 'Get Up Close' to each of the bands. The first round closes on July 24th so hurry up and get your video in there.
