| There's no one else in the entertainment industry who gives a damn now....that's the saddest part of Michael dying...no one will even reach the millions like he did and the 3, possibly 4 generations he has touched in the past..from my grandmother, my parents, me and now my daugher.....i'm just about to go ..have a nice evening Born and Trand...xxx |

I believe mat justified his belief; because he had been molested as a child-apologies if I am wrong but I am sure I read it in one post!
I am begining to think it was just an excuse and he is just a troll ;using it to post and justify his reprehensible and biased propaganda; against someone who does not fit into a macho version of normal.
He seems totally incapable of reading anything you have posted.
My daughter was badly molested as a young child.
She adores Michael and never believed the things writen about him-she beleived they crucified him;as he was too gentle a soul.
The guy who molested her -was a normal family man-business manager-well thought of in the community-led the singing and playing guitar with his wife in the church choir-had nuns and priests into tea and had two little boys-one my daughters age.All very normal seeming! Was our neighbour!
If anyone had a grudge against some one who interferred with young people; it would be her right.
She only saw Michael as a beautiful soul who loved children and wanted only good for them ;loved their innocence that he had missed out on and that adults lacked and wanted to make them happy.
She is devestated he has died ;as he was special to her-and her brother ;like he was to millions of others!
Paedophiles-do not have to look different; they are someone's father or brother or uncle or son-often; the father of the child concerned!
Sorry why why-please push the report button and get this deleted ;if you get to read it-as dont want it on your tribute thread-but felt I needed to say something! |

MJ, you were the best man. Thanks for the memories. Thanks also for the charity work and time devoted to kids. Flawed you may be. An idol of mine you are not (only God has that unique position).
But, nobody moves like you on the dance floor ... your dream to become the dance itself was achieved.
Rest in peace brother. You shall be sorely missed, but not forgotten. |

There was nothing wrong with your post Peace.
It's a shame the Jackson brothers didn't get to say a tribute to Michael, except for Marlon...i think it would have helped them a bit if they could have expressed how they felt..oh well, looks like Paris confirmed what most of us already knew....Michael was a loving dad....
One last time....

Well Im sorry but when Hollywood brings on the emotion it just makes me nauseous.
I notice two of his closest arent attending (Liz and Diana Ross) and perhaps that may indicate that their sorrow is more genuine.
But the Kardashian family will be there so let the show go on. |

"The sooner those 2 older kids are returned to their biological mother - the better! They deserve a NORMAL life!"
******
Yes, a woman who would sell her children for a lousy $9 million would make such a wonderful parent and role model for them!
How ludicrous to even think they should go back to that woman who never wanted anything to do with them and only wanted the money carrying them made for her. Debbie Rowe is a complete stranger to those kids and they are much better off with Michael's family where they know they are loved and will be well cared for - not handed over to some stranger who only sees dollar signs and has no love for them at all. |

The most genuine people close to Michael Jackson in my opinion would be showing respect in reflective silence.
What you have here are the biggest attention seeking egos in the spotlight of Michael Jacksons death taking the opportunity to step into that spotlight in an attempt to outdo one another with expressions of over the top emotion.
Now having this kind of exposure carries the hope of enhancing their own popularity and that everyone will think what wonderful caring people they are.
Apparently his mother was to have said she wanted to avoid the Hollywood circus.
As if that was going to happen. |

MJ "
Love, ladies and gentlemen, is the human family's most precious legacy, its richest bequest, its golden inheritance. And it is a treasure that is handed down from one generation to another. Previous ages may not have had the wealth we enjoy. Their houses may have lacked electricity, and they squeezed their many kids into small homes without central heating. But those homes had no darkness, nor were they cold. They were lit bright with the glow of love and they were warmed snugly by the very heat of the human heart. Parents, undistracted by the lust for luxury and status, accorded their children primacy in their lives."
I don't think family life and the ability to love or have your children come first, has changed for the worse......the pressure of the world has always made parents so busy dealing with their own lives, that having 'the ideal' relationship with their children was never always possible....infact human progress has seen children recognised as separate to adults and with rights to be protected by law.....Michael seems to realise this in his later statements about his own father?
MJ "I have started reflecting on the fact that my father grew up in the South, in a very poor family. He came of age during the Depression and his own father, who struggled to feed his children, showed little affection towards his family and raised my father and his siblings with an iron fist. Who could have imagined what it was like to grow up a poor black man in the South, robbed of dignity, bereft of hope, struggling to become a man in a world that saw my father as subordinate. I was the first black artist to be played on MTV and I remember how big a deal it was even then. And that was in the 80s!"
To finally understand and forgive your parents is to mature into an adult yourself? |

Wazza, like him or hate him...his fans expected a public memorial and the Jacksons had no choice in the matter really.....i don't really think they care anymore who likes him or not..btw, Elizabeth Taylor is in her 70's and in a wheelchair these days..i don't think she gets about much anymore....at most funerals people stand up for you and say good things...why shouldn't they stand up for Michael?....even in death some will deny him a proper send off..if the family had opted for a quite funeral, they would have been accused of letting Michaels fans down..the family can't win |

nicely written reids. i worked in LA in the 80's
and worked on janet jacksons video and first hit "what
have you done for me lately". The entire Jackson clan
stopped by at various times, Michael as well.
They were very polite people but a respectful distance
was to be maintained, obviously very interested in Janets performance, and what was to be her first big hit.
Micharl took a great deal of interest particularly in
the choreography and was extremely shy and polite
and whilst many stars are difficult to deal with, they
showed the utmost respect for the crew. Nice people.
I am sorry for the contoversy that surrounded Michael
as the child was unwilling to testify we always found
his father a suspect individual. As stated there was no evidence to support a conviction.

Fans can sure be oblivious to respect for 'their idol'..
Imagine Michael as a budding adolescent being mobbed and having females sobbing and screaming over his 'sexuality'....the poor bloke never had a chance to feel his way into what it all meant?
Others embrace the fervour and experiment with such easy offers....but it seemed to make Michael withdrawn even more into himself and become the isolated individual he was...
Paul Newman experienced the same but at a later age perhaps....and his reaction was to uphold one relationship and refuse all others......each individual reacts in their own way I guess...but fans who idolise and 'dehumanise' to such an extent have problems with their own lives...they certainly have no love for the object of their 'desires'???? |
