We have pork roast with all the trimmings tonight.
And tommorrow chippolattas cooked in onion gravy. mixed veges and chips on the side. |

Haven't thought about dinner as yet, but am about to make a lovely brunch consisting of turkish bread, chipolatas, tomatoes, capsicum and maybe even some zucchini all roasted in the oven and a couple of eggs to top it off.
Once all that settles, then I might be able to contemplate what might be for dinner.

hhhmmm. we are having silverside and vegies. Mashed spud with parsley and onion mixed through it.
For pudding we are having red jelly, tin of sliced peaches and cream. Hopefully it will stretch around the 7 of us. |

| For about 4 adults and 4 or 5 teenagers we will be dining on Roasted Carrots, Onions, Spuds, Sweet Spud along with baby peas and maybe sweet corn serve alongside Chicken Parmagarnia for the families Chicken Mexicanna for me & my mate(parmagarnia with chili instead of tomato sauce. followed by berry trifle. Washed down by 1/2 a dozen (maybe more) Lowenbraus with wine for the ladies. |

| Lamb chops, Cullens snags (the best in the world!) eggs laid today, mushroomy creamy pasta and spuds in jackets with garlic sour cream, oh and some broccoli just for something a little healthy. Warm muffins and ice cream for dessert. |

I cooked a Chicken pie. To last nights left over chicken I added rice boiled in chicken stock, veges and an egg. On top of this I added grated cheese and wacked a bit of pastry on top.
Yum if I say so myself. |

So what's on the menu for tonight everyone?
We are having a nice simple meal of lamb chops and vege bake tonight, because Monday nights I generally just can't be bothered getting too carried away with dinner. |
