i'm kind of a late bloomer to lost; started getting into it the last few weeks!
anyways, i was wondering if there has been a discussion of future possibilities with walt and michael; if not, then let's start one!
yeah i know it might sound silly for michael's case, but think about it. their backstory is one of the more elaborate on the show (in my opinion; it's mostly likely a jaded statement since i'm only now starting to like the show), and the writers have crafted it in such a way to suggest that there would (or should) be some sort of closure to it.
i like the show for it's writing, but if there's an aspect that i think the writers have failed in conveying, it's the consistency of the story between michael and walt (and vincent too!). even harold perrineau said (http://hollywoodinsider. ew.com/2008/06/lost-harol d-per.html) that he was a little disappointed with the fact that michael only redeems himself to himself, and not the others (the group and his son) who he felt like he should have done.
so any ideas? |
