Hey guys,
So I've been losing sleep wondering - Naomi said that 815 had been found, and that all the survivors were dead... but that clearly isn't the case.
So my question to you all is - What on earth happened to Oceanic 815? Where did it go? |

She is definitely telling the truth because Anthony Cooper also confirmed the wreckage was found. He was so convinced that he thought the island was hell. He may have been brainwashed, this is true, but that would not be very interesting.
I stick with my duplicates theory. The plane is the product of a different timeline that was created when the Swan imploded. Since the Swan and the island are within the influence of the casimir effect, they were shielded. In the alternate timeline, the plane still crashed (due to course correction) and the 815r's are truly dead. |

| Ben and the others seem to have a lot of power and influence off the island also. It is possible that they set a fake crash up as this would stop people looking for the real flight 815 and more importantly, not discover the island. |

I can understand the possibility of someone finding parts of Flight 815.
Am I right in saying that some of the middle section was washed of the beach in a storm?
The tail section also landed in the water, so it may have ended up in Bali (where Naomi said it was found) also.
The one thing that can't easily explained is the fact that all the bodies were accounted for. How did 50 + people get replaced? |

| I read that there was a cloning project at the Orchid station. Maybe the Others somehow got survivors' DNA and made clones for a search party to find to stop them from discovering the island. |

My theory -
The Maxwell Group are the ones who have just arrived on the island in the show (on the Christiane I perhaps?). They sent the anonymous email to Sam Thomas so he would look in the Sunda Trench and my guess is this is where the copy of 815 was found, planted there by said Maxwell Group so the authorities would find it and cease searching for it, so they would not find The Island. Only problem with this theory is that the Maxwell Group wouldn't necessarily know that the plane crashed on the island. |

Maybe Naomi had Des' pic not bcos she wanted to rescue him but to kill him. Working for Charles widmore. He'd probably want him dead knowing his daughter was so close to finding him.
So when they found her she lied to save her own skin. |
