| yea your theory about desmond missing pressing the button that caused oceanic flight to crash, could work with this time when loche got caught under the door and henry had to push it, but in the end he said he didnt get to press the button. The same episode is where jack and kate find the parachutte with the food? did missing the button make the food arrive like the plane, balloon etc? |

| Yeah, I would like to know what happened to Desmond, and I believe that his catch phrase has been looked over:"See you in another life!" Desmond says this to Jack twice, once in America and again on the island. Does this mean that Jack will see Desmond again but off the island, in another place?!!Perhaps the island is not a 'prison' as we may think! |

| the qoute "See you another life" could be true. When Desmond see Jack on the Staduim and then he see Jack on the island, when he said that quote again before he left the hatch, than he returned back to the island. So maybe they may, but somehow they have to get off the island, until then he will seen each other constantly. |

This is a wild guess at what is happening...
From the start we saw the plane fall apart, we saw survivors concious and swimming away from parts of the plane, we saw people die from the start eg the guy that gets sucked into the engine and the pilot of the plane. We early on see that they aren't on a normal island but there are creatures on there that aren't NORMAL. There are also other people and creatures who appear and disappear whenever somehting eventful happens, eg the others new when walt and micheal, jin etc were on boat and just happened to be in the 'relative vicinity' of the area. Then theres a hatch with a person that has a connection with someone in the past who makes a comment such as: see you in paradise. The no.'s on the hatch and for the computer are hurley's unlucky no.s. As soon as things start settling down for the dwellers a guy shows up hanging in a tree because of a fruitcake woman that they let roam the jungle and steal babies. there are always tests for everyone on this island as alot have already pointed out, but the most common i find is the fact that no one on the island never seams to work towards finding out what is going on because the "island" always keeps them busy with somehting new. Eg a hatch, more survivor's, the others, nutty ladies walking round the bush and turning up when they feel like it (which no one minds), and henry. Its amazing how they are all coincidentally connected in every possible way imaginable yet none of them no. i no if i was on the island for the time that they have been, i would've found out more answers than what they have by now, i mean does anyone care that walt and michael are gone or is it just another MAJOR factor that's been conviniently left out for now by everyone on the island?
My theory then is that it cannot be real life because the fact that people have died.eg boon,his sister,people when they landed, the blond guy with ana-lucia murdered that guy in the pit and the big south african cont. ... |

| the african guy killed two of the others... i doubt the would risk that plus charlie shot ethan. i believe that this would have been a plan for the dharma foundation for a reason i am still figuring out but would guess to be either psycological tests for humans and how they react to different test or actual scientific test on humans, but the only thing i can think of is that the people, when on the plane where put into like a connected dream/coma where they are alive but they live in a temporary fantasy world which is connected to each other... veiw it as stealing off the matrix a bit. but this world challenges there fears and belief's on all levels both good and bad, the others are able to come into this world at there will because they are part of the dharma initiative which is running the joint. those who are killed, are simply 'pulled' out of this place. it's a wild shot for me but at least for the moment explains how those people survived the plane crash (highly improbable anyone could survive that, it should have just hit the ground/ ocean and at those speeds been either ripped to miniscule pieces or exploded) and how everyone is connected to each other or have a connection to the island (what are the odds that the african american drug lord's brother ends up on the same island he ends up on) i mean there has to be more of an explanation than it being real life because of the amount of shear improbabilities of everything happening like that??? if there is anyone who can point out the plot holes please tell me... |

i just had a thought or theory if you will
parthenogenesis is where a female egg will develop into an embryo without fertilisation. We all know that the Hanso Foundation has been doing something with parthenogenesis, as from their website. Sun is now pregnant after we found out that Jin could not have children. What if Sun's pregnancy is the product of a successful experiment of the Dharma initiative? its just a thought, dont shoot me down or anything. I'm more inclined to believe that the island has healing powers though, as Locke can now walk, and something else i cannot tell you unless you have seen the rest of this season. |

Has anyone mentioned the water yet?
I haven't formulated an exact theory, but it always seems to show people drinking the water from the bottles.
Most other shows it doesn not usually show people drinking (unless they are getting drunk) but in this show they seem to be making a point about it.
It could be that they are doing that to stop people complaining that if they had been on the island that long without water they would die, but taht seems a bit odd.
I think on nearly every episode it has at least one person either filling up their water bottles, or drinking from one.
Maybe the water is the "cure" to whatever the disease is?
Has anyone actually not been seen drinking the water?
Well, I could just be reaching, but I reckon the water has something to do with things. |

i saw that charlie has tattoos on his left arm!!!

thank you zbrs_fh10. i thought it might be a little far fetched because nothing has really happened to her like she disappeared for a little while where something might have happened to her. but maybe there is something in the water to make her mutate into an asexual organism and her memories of her trying for a baby made her hormones kick in and she reproduced. or maybe i'm getting a little carried away....
There were reports found on a link from the Hanso Foundation site where there were fish and other wild life that had mutated from some sort of tower or transmitter in the pacific |

this thursday's lost is about hurlay thinking that it is all in his head but alas he doesn't know everyone on the island but what about liby, she knows everyone form the plain crash was with hurlay in the instuite and even knows the other man with the beard who may be the only other and probley has a fair guess who the so called henry gale is to
the other clue is the map on the blast door, we see the other hatchs on it but what is in he middle my fair guess is the others hide out cause they had to pass near the others terrioty to get to the other hatchs and there is a line that they can't cross either so it might be |

4-four is the number that when the countdown gets to it starts beeping and is also the first number of the numbers and if you plus all the numbers togeth guess what you get.........108
8-is how many people should have been on the decking that hurley went on...
15-the 8 is the number before it and if you put them togeth it is 815 like the flight they were on (flight 815)
16-how many years that french chick was on there until they came...
23-how many days desmond goes foor.....
42-how many days it took for the two groups to meet...
did you realise that there are six hatchs and six no.s not incldng 108 so its like each hatch has a no. |
