| the date on his tombstone was 22nd September, the date of the crash. it could be theorized that he is still on the island whilst Sun got off as part of the Oceanic 6 and that he is not really dead but those still on the island are pretending to dead in order for 'the greater plan' to continue (whatever Ben and Jacob were doing, now Jacob, Walt and Locke). |

ok. I like the theory but what is 'the greater plan'? Didn't Jin buy that Panda though or was that his twin brother or something? Also I remember Jin saying that he has "only been married for two months". I had the impression that Sun & Jin were married for longer than that?
It was Jin wasn't it, so he couldn't have stayed on the islan? |

| Last nighst episode was a jin flash back and sun flash foward. if you notice in jins flashback the mobile phone he was using was really old and big, nothing like todays technology. when he goes back into the store to get another panda after loosing the first one the man offers him a dragon instead saying it brings good luck in the year of the dragon, 2001 was the last year of the dragon!! if it was flashfoward then it couldnt have been the year of the dragon |

| no in this flash back he has just gotton married to Sun, cuz he said he was only married for 2 months. Jin was buying the panda for the ambassodors of chinas daughter, so he can get into the good books with him. The episode made us believe that jin was buyin the toy for sun and his baby, but we then release its not the case with few clues, plus the ending when hugo and sun visit the gravestone of jin |

no that was someone else who i find very suspicous. i think someone was keeping tabs on sun while she gave birth. i also think they wanted her to have a c-section so they could keep the baby, mmmmmmmmm
jin gave the panda to the ambassadores daughter. remember that jins flashback happened long before the island. sun's was a flash forward, they gave us a look into what happens to sun in the future. |

i rekon jin didnt get off the island and so everyone thought he was dead so a tombstone was put there remembering him
sun just goes there to remember him, she never said he was dead, that just could be the place to think about him |

| If you heard during the episode you hear the captain of the ship say that the crash had been staged that means that every body was 'supposedly'found meaning that maybe a tombstone was made for every person on the plane in places throughout the world. My theory and i realise others think the same is that Jin did not make it off the island and sun and hurley did. we already know some of the oceanic 6 such as Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Ben and now Sun (i cant think of the other). Jins was a flashback and sun's a flash-foward being that it had the date of the crash on Jin's Tombstone. |

| yes, watch the clue thingo it says the year of the dragon was BEFORE the crash and also the tombstone says that date because you wouldnt be able to keep track of the date : ) |

But it is onlyc alled the Oceanic 6. this means Jack, kate, hurley Sun and Sayid + one unknown are the 6, because they were on the flight. Aaron is an extra and the other extra has been not been revealed. It has to be an other. Logic would suggest Ben, but it could even be someone we havent met yet. |

| at kate's trial jack said that 8 people survived the crash, kate did everything to help them, finding water, building shelters getting food and he said that he would be dead if it were'nt for her but she couldnt save the other 2. so the story they are telling people is that 8 survived the crash but 2 died soon after leaving the 6. he never says who those other 2 were. |

| no, i dont think the 2 would have to be people who werent in the crash, they could easily say it was shannon, boone etc. to the rest of the world ben doesnt exist so he wouldnt be him. they could say that one of the 2 was locke or sawyer. |

| I was looking at a video recap of the Season 4 Finale, and if Jin is not at the end of the boat (where he was waving from) when the ship explodes. I know its a bit hard to check now but pause at the moment when the ship explodes and you will see I am right. Does this mean he is still alive? |

At first Jin plans to go to his wife he buys the bear to bring to her, he gets upducted by the people that work for whoamever Widmore and Sun's dad work for, and brings the bear to some other woman, probably wife of a customer.

If Jin stayed on the ship, he blew up. If he dived into the water, he would have drowned because the island disappeared (remember, the helicopter wasn't close enough to the island to be taken with it, and it flies faster than Jin can swim).
I'm pretty sure Jin's dead- unless he got in the boat with Daniel before the ship blew up. |
