I've seen a few stupid spoiler posts (in non-spoiler areas which kind of irritates me) about Sun being pregnant. I am not sure if they're true or not, but I actually thought she might be BEFORE reading any of these "spoilers".
A friend of mine, who is not a LOST-viewer, watched a few episodes of LOST with me one night (I was doing my best to get her to like the show...not sure if she's into it though). ANYWAY...after watching the first 2 episodes of season 1, she asked if Sun was pregnant.
I told her that no, Sun was not pregnant, and that Claire was the only pregnant one on the island.
Later during the week I continued watching my box set, but kept thinking about what my friend had said. Had she picked up on something I hadn't (because she didn't even really like the show)?
On the episode where Claire is attacked in season one (with the syringe), Jin asks Sun if Claire is okay. Sun basically says, "Yeah"...then Jin pauses, and asks how "the baby" is. Sun pauses, looks a little weird and uncomfortable and says something like, "I think it's going to be fine."
I thought her response to him was strange...the way she paused and then acted kind of awkward towards him.
I also noticed in another episode that, in the caves, Sun and Jin are laying down (I think they're trying to have a sleep), spooning, and Jin is slightly rubbing Sun's stomach. They're in the background...not the focus of the scene.
The way Jin was yelling in tonight's episode, "Long Con", made me wonder if he was yelling about her pregnancy. He seemed to want to tell Jack something, or ASK Jack something. Sun was knocked out, so she couldn't interpret or anything...and while I understand that he'd be upset that his wife was knocked out, I believe that he wouldn't have had a bit of an outburst at Jack if he didn't feel the need to TELL him something or ASK something. I think he was trying to tell Jack that Sun is pregnant and ask about the baby in relation to the attack. Any ideas? |

| well i've also heard these spoilers and it is true she is pregnant but i don't think she's been pregnant for that long. i think the baby was concieved when Jin got back from the raft. at the beginning of a recent ep they come out of their hut together after an intimate night. |

speaking of which, does anybody here speak korean?...cuz i really want to know what jin & sun were taalking about when they were yelling...eventhough it might not be a big thing, im still really curious...
so if anybody speaks korean then pls tell me what they were saying... |

Sun is DEFINENTLY pregnant
Jin is probably NOT the father, this is still a mystery.
The baby was conceived before they crashed on the Island.
The father of the baby has not been revealed yet, though it could be the man who was teachng her English.
You will find all this out in an episode called " the whole truth".
Sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure if it should be in Spoilers or Suns section. ^-^ |

I don't even know if Sun IS pregnant (though some people are ruining it for others by continuously posting spoilers in non-spoiler areas, I choose not to believe everything I read...since a lot of it turns out to be rubbish anyway)...
But if she IS pregnant, she most likely would only be in the first trimester...which is under 12 weeks pregnant. Considering she's such a small woman, she would show quite early and she hasn't even begun to show AT ALL (not even looking bloated yet!).
My brother's gf is 11 weeks pregnant and she's TINY and even she is starting to look bigger around the waistline. |

Sorry lost_gottaloveit, it's not a spoiler, just something I noticed.
Think what you like, but I HAVE NOT seen past the episodes which have been screened in Australia and I avoid threads which are meant for spoilers, and do not log on to US LOST sites just in case I'll find out something I wish I hadn't.
I'm sorry that people have posted with "supposed" spoilers (you never can trust what they say)...but please don't blame me for their wrong doings. I was simply posting my observations and theories on the matter and was wondering if anyone had similar feelings or had noticed anything that might have hinted at it.
Again, I apologise, but I DO NOT KNOW if she is or not, I am just speculating from watching my Series 1 DVDs and by the Long Con episode. |
