I don't know if this qualifies as a spoiler or not. It's more of a rumour than anything else,but to avoid execution I will post it here just in case.
The theory is that Walt is so upset about being ignored,lied to, etc. that he tells the truth about the O6 to the wrong people and then horrible things happen.
Version two is that We always here how special Walt is but have never seen him do anything all that magical. So just like the first theory he is mad but in this theory he takes matters in his own hands and we see how special he really is. The next one is longer and a little complicated so bare with me. Desmond and Penney are having a hard time adjusting to their new lives. People are starting to ask what happened to Penney? Wasn't she searching for Desmond?If they go back home people will ask Desmond where he's been for the last 3 years. Is he also going to say I was on an island and Pen saved me brotha, two island rescues in one month would be hard to believe. So they decide to go into hiding but the man who always has a plan [Ben] is hot on their trail driven by revenge,wanting to kill Penney,but when he catches her he is shocked to discover she is actually his long lost friend Annie!
These are not my theories,something my friends say they heard " somewhere " so let the insults fly if you must. |

| Yeah I prefer better sources. Nice ideas though but it doesn't sound genuine beyond just a bit of musing among LOST fans. But it's what we all do so keep it up. |

I reckon that Charlotte is Annie, but that's just my theory, of course that completely shatters Faraday who then kills Ben lol.

| In season 3 THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN we see in a flash back how Ben came to the island as a young boy. While in school he becomes friends with a young girl named Annie. She has two dolls a boy and a girl. She gives Ben the girl so he will always remember her. We assume she is leaving the island. This is the last time we see her on the show,but the rumour is she will return in future episodes and play a pivitol role. The theories started that Annie is actually Kate because her middle name is Anne.Everyone has a theory about her being one of the ladies on the island,except Sun or Rose of course. The problem I have with this theory is that Ben is around 43,44 years old and the women are late 20s early 30s,put this could have something to do with island time. My theory is Annie was on the island longer than we were led to believe. Ben got her pregnant, she died during child birth,one of the girls on the island is his " real " daughter. I say Charlotte |

If Charlotte was Annie, Ben wouldn't have shot her!
She could be Annie's (and therefore Ben's) daughter who was taken off the island with Annie for some reason...
THAT would be plausible, Ben didn't recognise her, saw her as a threat, BLAM! |

So Ben... Had a child and didn't live with the child and the Annie but instead with his father? No! Maybe they had the child when he was 10! lol
My best guess is Annie probably died before the purge, making it easier for him to do it. Wish he would've spared Horace, Horace is awesome, I hope he walks around undead some time in newer episodes. |

| Well, if Annie is Penney then I'm sure Widmore would have made her leave the island when he left. Why would Annie even be brought up in the story line if she was alreasy dead? She has to be someone important that we will all be surprised about when it is revealed, and just because we only see her as a child doesn't mean she left the island when she was a child. We just haven't seen more of her story yet. |
