the first white flash i saw was when the losties were on the wharf tied up by the others (when walt and his dad sailed away) but nothing happened and those egypt symbols
said something about heaven and smokey is Cerberus the dog of hell who protects the gates.
when those french people went down that hole(they cam back evil )

It aint Purgatory.
Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof have completely wiped that theory off the map since season 1
They have revealed that the island does exist on earth in there series.
They have also revealed co ordinates of the island. Get the co ordinates from Lostpedia and enter them into google earth. The island, in this series, is always located North of New Zealand. It moves around in that area.
It is still possible that the Island is EDEN or Atlantas. They haven't been debunked. But i think it will be an island that has its own, new history. That way the story stays original.
As we know now the island is linked to the Egyptians And i have read suggestions on other message boards that it might be a tomb type thing where ancient egyptians Sent there dead.
I can assure you though, it aint Purgatory. |

could Jacks dad be actually alive?
i mean, Locke died but he is alive now.
could Christian have come to the island in coffin, but then been "awoken" and went to Jacob (after scaring the sh it out of jack in season one, white rabbit)
so now he's with Jacob, helping Jacob fulfil destiny?
he told Locke to move the island, found his daughter and protected her from flashes.
the flaw in my theory is how he got to the boat, but that could be Michaels overactive imagination, eh????
