My theory is, yes, Oceanic 815 was crashed on purpose, but...not by Ben.
Ben saw these people as a threat! a threat for them to expose the island and put them all in danger, so he decided to take every one that was strong...army like...with a sense of leadership...why? because Ben wanted to stage another plane in the Sunda Trench!.
He murdered these people, all the strong ones, and placed them in the original seats, when they were on the plane!.
Or...the clone theory... |

| what was the latset time the sunda wrekage could have been staged? is it possible that Ben murdered the rest of the others and used their bodies? i'm not sure he would have had time (or means) to pull it off, and i can't recall the exact timeline - the Sunda wrekage may have been found b4 we last saw the others. but, TIME is starting to no be very constant on the island at the mo. :-) |

the plane didnt crash on purpose at all it was struck by the impact of the discharge when des didnt press the button. no-ones fault there.
also if this is true, why would they leave weak ones? wouldnt they just take them all and stick em in the fake plane.
and also i can tell you now that your theory will be proven wrong in about 25 hours time. most of the questions about the staged crash will be answered.
