Some of the sticky points.
1) Faraday's Rat "elo" is sent 1 hour into the future.
2) You say that Ben, Richard and Mikhail moved the "Time Machine" to the Swan Station and set up the 108 minute timer. But the orientation film is clearly Dharma.
3) If time on the Island is reset every 108 minutes why isn't the time line looping, the people on the Island are not repeating everything they do every 108 minutes. |

1) you can set the time to anything. eg 1 hour, 8 hours...
2) We also found out that dharma made the swan station a monitoring station. Had no real use.
3) Because it's not exactly a time machine. It doesn't send the island back in time, it sets time back. Now what will happen, is locke will eventually become a paraplegic again, and rose will have cancer. As soon as time catched up to them. The reason pregnant women die, is also explained. |

| I like, well thought out but.....Darlton (carlton cuse and damon lindelof) both say there is only one time line. "no alternative timelines'. Although it could be argued that course correction is reason enough to argue there is only one timeline or one fate. Don't buy the black smoke security system as timeline corrector, but there is a lot there that i do buy. You tried posting this to get feedback from the shows creators? |
