A plane crashes onto a mysterious island, Oceanic Flight 815, passengers have troubled pasts, and troubled futures.
Helping eachother out the main characters are introduced.
Jack, Kate, Charlie, Sawyer, Sayid, Claire, Shannon, Boone, Locke, Michael, Walt, Jin, Sun, Hurley, Rose.
Each with their own story.
Kate a fugitive, on the run, until being caught in Sydney Australia, being brought back to the states, until she crashes on a mysterious island, breaking free, but still has troubles of her past.
Jack, bringing his dead, drunk, father home from Sydney Australia, a spinal surgeon, the leader, saviour and doctor on the island.
Locke, a troubled man, with a troubled past, being paralysed from the waist-down after his father pushed him out of an eight story building after stealing his kidney, now mysteriously, has healed, he treats the island as a paradise.
Sawyer A.K.A James Ford, a con-man with a bad death wish. After his parents death, Sawyer decided to go hunting for the man that killed his mother and father, but yet to realise, he has become the very man he's been hunting.
Charlie, a bass-player in the low-rated band Drive Shaft, a junkie, on his way back to L.A after visiting his former Junkie brother and his family.
Claire, a troubled young single pregnant girl who was on her way to give her baby up for adoption in L.A, with help from a mysterious psychic, she was told that the baby cannot be raised by anyone else, but herself, or this couple in L.A, but we soon find out, there was no couple in L.A.
Sayid, a former member of the Republican Guard in Iraq, early on, Sawyer or James Ford, accuses him of crashing the plane, being a terroist.
Shannon and Boone, two step siblings, with troubled social issues with eachother, but secretly in love.
Jin & Sun, a troubled Korean couple, in search for an escape of Suns evil father, and his demanding tasks that are tearing their marriage apart. |

Hurley, a former mental patient who is worth 156 million dollars. with the winning lottery numbers 4 8 15 16 23 42 instead of bringing Hurley happinness, it brought him great misfortune.
Rose, a troubled dying woman who is convinced that her husband is alive, Bernard, a man who was in the tail section of the plane when it crashed.
Michael & Walt, a troubled father and son relationship. Michael and Walt were on 815 because of Walts mothers sudden death. Michael was bringing him home.

As night takes toll over the island, the survivors began to light fires, hoping a passing ship, or another plane would see them.
Jack Shepard is looking after a man, a man that a woman claims to have been sitting next to when the crash happened, he has a survere injury, who may die.
Jack Shepard, new found leader of the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815, tells a woman he has just met what may have happened in the air when it crashed.
"What's your name?" Jack said.
"It's Kate".
Suddenly, a horrible sound is heard from inside the jungle, like a monster, shifting from one side to the other the survivors dart their heads in the direction of this shocking discovery.
"Terrific".
Jack decides to go find the co.ckpit for the black box to send out a distress signal, Kate decides that he musn't go alone, so she decides to go with him. Charlie, a junkie, decides to go on the search with them also.

The mysterious monster makes its second appearance, and takes one survivor of Oceanic 815 with it!. |
