at the start (of episode 2 season 1) when Charlie is in the plane and that person (woman) is talking to him well does not that person look like the person that is telling jack that she and the others with her are there to watch in the (3rd season)?

it is the same person. her name is cindy. she survived the crash and ended up with anna maria's group. she was taken by the others when they were making there way across the island to the other losties.
