| what do u think is the truth behind the door? when sayid opened it, it was just a brick wall. y wuld the others guard that 24/7? is there something behind the wall? |

| i think their very intellectual and their is no real hatch(its just and illusion) Micheal thinks its a real hatch and their guarding it for a reason but really they live somewhere more hidden and sophisticated. |

Yes, ver true.
Also, the others wouldn't show the survivors (Michael) where there lair is, so they use a fake one. Like why would they live in huts when the have hatches, we seen that the we're clean in the medical hatch.
It was just a set-up, the others live in a big hatch or something |

| yer...umm are u guys thick? Its not that hard to work out that the village with the huts was just a trick. They obvisly dont want the rest of the ocianic surivors to known where the real hatch is...theirfore they would be living somewhere else i.e another nicer village. |

| I agree. That's the first thing I thought when Sayid went to the village and not one person was there at least guarding it. No one was in the huts, and they certainly didn't look lived in. The concrete wall summed it up for me - the entire village was fake because they didn't want Michael to know their exact location. They couldn't trust he wouldn't have a change of heart now that he has his son back. |

| From the rumours going around Michael and Walt escape and go home. Penelope Widmore finds them later on and asks to go back to the island and Michael decides to help in order to redeem himself for wat he did. And Walt is only a guest star in this series so I actually think they mite just get away. I also heard that Sayid starts a rescue mission to get them back (and APPARENTLY) they succeed later on in getting Kate and Sawyer back but not Jack. This is all rumours though so dont take my word for it |

i recken the whole thing is fake and u know when they dont push the button what are those red and black things those logo things i think they stand for sumthin. The others r all fakes and since they didnt push the button apparently another plane crashes and also jack dies in the first couple of episodes in season 3 thats why another person said that they only let kate and syed go |

OMG you's are reply......ok i think that Micheal will help Penelope widmore to save the others and she knows what the others are becoz of her connection 2 the island becoz of her dad
the others obviously live somewhere way more sophisticated becoz of the reasons given by dell and how the hell would they be able to test Walt and Michael blood if the hatch was just a rock? They have got to have at LEAST 1 other hatch, if not 2. I also think they are connected 2 Widmore in some unknown way. |

| Yes, hopefully that wasnt a spoiler. Could be right though, because the writers were initially going to kill Jack off in the very first episode of season one, so they wouldnt mind getting rid of the character as much as you would think. |

| Why wud the director make jack seem like he is the leader and the only medical expert the losties know of, and then in which ever season just kill him off it with no remorse or replacement for him it just doesnt make sense. |

| I don't think Jack would die because theyve even "apparantley" given him a love interest with an other. And like they said Jack is like their "rock" and it would just anger ppl to kill him off. I think Widmores backing money is how the Dharma Initiative started so Widmore has a huge connection to the island and that Penelope is trying to resue Des. I also think they have a huge hatch based somewhere (possible underwater as the rumours suggest) where they carry out their experiments and all that. I also think that they have a lot of the island (like all the hatches) under video surveilance hence how they know where things are and so much about the ppl. |

I agree totally and also about the underwater hatch that would explain the shark with the Dharma sign on its tail
The underwater hatch (if there is one) would probably be the biggest as nobody would see it and they would then conduct all their experiments here.
There would probably be alot more scientists here and that would explain where all the Others are. |
