Lets be honest, we all liked Locke in the 1st season, he was talked about and was even loved.
The reason? I believe Locke is giving us viewers what we want to see, whether it be the hatch, beach craft, more island secrets, the list goes on.
Alot of u may hate him, alot say they hate him because he killed boone, well he didn't, the island took boone as a sacrafise, It wasn't Lockes fault.
Locke may have changed in the second season, only because he is losing his faith - due to Jack, as Locke once said: Jack, your a man of science, I'm a man of faith.
John Locke is clearly one of the best characters in Lost, giving us what we want |

| ALI!!!! he sucks! I lyked him better in season 1. he used 2 be my fav character but in season 2 he got all stupid and now i hate him. in season 1 he was all wise and faithful and now he's all uptight and angry old manish! he punched charlie!!! |

| We all have different favourite Characters, whether they be Locke, Jack, Kate, Sawyer - or even Bernard, but what I'm sayin is Locke is the one who gives us viewers most of the answers we want, and yes, some of you say he has changed in the second season, he has, hes losing his faith, but I can see him giving us more answers |

| locke is still my fave. Your right, he shouldnt be losing his faith due to his miraculous recovery, but I think he is becoming a grumpy old man because he has been made to feel a bit stupid and his pride is hurt. First thinking that the button was all a joke, and now he's wrong again when he finds out it wasnt. |
