I was re watching my DVDs the today and as i was watching Hearts and MInds (season 1 episode 13) and in the scene where charlie and jack are building fire and jack asks charlie what he thinks about locke and charlie says
"No offense, mate, but if there's one person on this island I would put my absolute faith in to save us all it would be John Locke."
now this may just be a random line that has no significant meaning but isnt it strange that charlie's dieing message was the reason that hurley, claire and maybe some red shirts who knows to join lockes group and put their faith in his choices over Jacks.
i dont know i probably am clutching at straws here
