It's funny re-watching old episodes, knowing what happens in season 5. Some of the lines were obviously huge in-jokes for the people who knew where the show was going, especially this one:
"It's the watch. Mine broke and I found this in the wreckage, and I figured, hey, why let a $20,000 dollar watch go to waste which is ridiculous since time doesn't matter on a damn island!"
And also this:
" JACK: Is this one of their stations -- the DHARMA Initiative...you people are just whatever's leftover of them?
JULIET: Well, that was a long time ago. It doesn't matter who we were. It only matters who we are." |

| in the series four special feats they talk about charlottes name because it is c.s. Lewis (which most ppl got) but then he says somfing like cos in narnia u never know what time you'll in end up in!!! |

In season 2, Sayid gets Danielle's radio to work again and it picks up a broadcast of an old 50's radio station. Sayid says "It could be playing from any location in the world" and Hurley says "Or any time...just kidding, dude".
The creators have said this was their first clue they'd be using time travel eventually.

| Don't think she said anything about the subway, she just said it was a familiar sound from the Bronx, but I guess it can be implied (either that or she was talking about the sound of a taxi ticketing machine) |
