| Rewatching season four when ben confronts widmore. How did we not pick up on widmores past. He practically announces it. Every thing I had u took away from me... The island is mine, always was... I just can't believe it wasn't picked up on |

| Yes, I'm a little surprised that conversation didn't rattle the fan base as much as it should've. I think most thought Widmore was lying until he was revealed on island in the 50s this season. |

| yea that's what I mean. It wasn't a big thing on the message boards at the time and I thought he ment he wanted the island and ben should have never been intitled to it, not that he litrally had it taken away. I was so shocked this season when we saw him in the fifties! But I guess ppl pick up on different things, like I thought it was common knowledge Locke killed himself, but then it was this big thing. It was on the news clipping yes? |

| yea we know that now, but I mean b4 that. Back when we didn't know who was in the coffin. I thought the paper said jeremy benthem hung himself. But other ppl didn't know this |
