She was gothic, not emo.
Trust me, goths take this very personal when you confuse them with emo's, which is understandable. Who would want to be confused with a depressed emo who causes self harm upon themselves?
at least goths know how to dress is something sexy lol |

goths are col.. my friend is one.. they were black and they dont need to have pale skin.. they can be phychio killers or quiet in the corner or a everyday person but usaly the quiet or loners. well at least thats there stero type..

Goths and emos are pretty much the same...well to me Emos are goths who got sick of beining called the same as every other goth, so they then decided to call themselves emos instead so that they can say they were different. Think about it, the term Emo has only been around for about 5 years or so.... meh anywho...back to lost...
I don't think Claire was either, just had black hair ^.^ She looked really nice with it too. Huurah for the black hair. |

| just because she had black hair doesnt mean she is emo or goth. does that mean that everyone who is born with black hair is goth or emo. and why do you have to be labled anyway. whats wrong with just being a person who likes black hair and black clothes. i only wear black and im not goth or emo. i think people are stupid. hahahahahaoh no, my 11 wk old baby has black hair and i put him in a black bonds shirt the other day. i better put my make up and all the razor blades away.... |

| The producers made her goth (I say goth because I like Claire and really don't like emo's)to show that she was upset and depressed with her life, this goes with her fight with her mum before she died. Then when she found her dad, she felt better and became an attractive blonde, far hotter than her previous status. |
